calm down and give us the following

Height
Weight
age
how long have you been lifting

Lifestyle?? i.e are you single or married with children etc

what program are you running and what programs have you run in the past

what are your current macros

any previous injuries that prevent certain exercises


answer those and let us get you on the right track becauase it sure sounds like you dont know what in the frick you are doing.

Don't know what a macro is? So you've come here asking for help with supplements without doing anything on your own to understand how to gain muscle?

I am going to assume this is not a troll and this is a very big assumption.

first off, you do not need to be worrying supplements and getting big. You are already overweight and you are already 30. Last thing you need to be worrying about.

#1- You need to learn how to eat. A macro is a protein, carb or a fat. They are the macronutrients are foods are made of.

#2 you need to clean you diet up and start tracking everythign you eat. I suggest myfitnesspal for tracking

#3 Go in This Thread I have the kinobody programs listed in there. You need to follow the aggressive fat loss program.

take the macros the calculator gives you and plug it into myfitnesspal. Follow the program outlined, do it and only it as written for 12 weeks.

Do the same for the diet. If it goes in your mouth, it gets weighed and tracked.


So to recap, assuming this is not a troll,

get diet in order, follow simple program, lose fat, stop worrying about getting big, walk 10k steps per day.


oh and last thing....you have cholesterol problems because you are fat, not because of eggs.

oh and your elbow hurts because you are not using proper form or over doing it. Youtube is your friend when it comes to learning technique.

Thanks for the advice. I’m not fat though, my cholesterol is genetic and has always been an issue.

I don’t think I’ll ever be the kind of person that could track all my food and stuff but I’ll try to find some middle ground.

You are 200+ at 6’ and can only bench 135.

You are fat and soft.

Also I’m not making excuses... I don’t think most people eat 13 eggs a day. That seems very extreme. I’m not looking to participate in bodybuilding competitions, just want to be above average and solid.

The problem we have in this country is people 40 lbs overweight don’t think they are fat because they are not 100 lbs overweight

How about just looking to get healthy first. You clearly have no idea about health and fitness, which I think you are aware of, and that's ok. But you've disputed every piece of advice given to you by people who know infinitely more than you.

I’m not really disputing anything. I’m sure everything y’all are saying is true and will get you huge. I feel like I’m just being attacked because I asked for a little shortcut by using a supplement. This isn’t a way of life for me and I’m okay with that.
