Shelby Starnes trains mostly women but some of them go from from fat and out of shape to stage ready in like 6 months. shite is incredible

I’m not trolling, not sure why people are saying that just because I asked for supplement advice. I’m sure as hell not lsucoyote, that’s ridiculous.

Eating more than you can possibly imagine.

Heavy deadlifting more than you can possibly imagine.

Work the pretty muscles for circulation and health.

With your diet, establish a base layer of nutrient dense foods and then increase your calories through easily digestible carbs.
