Supplements to get big quick

Looking for something that will get me strong quick. No steroids recommendations please. Don’t want anything to mess up my liver or anything like that.

I do want to lift heavy arse weight. Would gladly do it. I’m at 45lb plate on each side for bench press right now. Hoping to find something to maximize my workouts and hopefully be able to lift 2 45lb weights on each side by summer.

You said no steroids, then mention steroids. Enter you want to be natural or not.
There is no quick fix, just grt on the greyskull lp and eats lots of beef, eggs, rice

That’s why I’m asking because I have no idea what is a steroid and what isn’t. I thought there was testosterone boosters that weren’t steroids.

Sounds like you’re thinking of over the counter testosterone pills which are mostly trash. A health clinic could test your testosterone levels and prescribe you legal forms if needed.
Creatine will help saturate your muscles and give you a better workout.
If you’re serious, eat a gram of protein per pound of body weight each day and go to the gym as much as you can. Eat tons of beef, rice and eggs. There is no magic pill that will make you big swole.

Two suggestions for you:
1) You’re benching 135 and have a goal of 225 by summer. The first day of summer is 15 weeks away. You need to add on average 6 pounds to your bench each week. There are bench-focused powerlifting programs out there that might get you there. Give it a try and report your results.
2) Getting big is as simple as eating more than you need. Jim Wendler’s Building the Monolith challenge tells participants to eat 1.5 pounds of ground beef and 12 eggs every day. Then add in your normal diet with whatever you want. You could also try to drink a gallon of milk a day. You’ll get big doing that.
Supplements won’t do much more than what you can naturally at your current stage. When you get to 225 and want to get to 315, then you’ll want to think absolutely steroids. But you’re in the noob gain phase of lifting. Enjoy it.

Holy shite. I have cholesterol issues so I don’t know if I could eat that much eggs and meat. I will try to eat 3 eggs a day though and some milk with the protein I bought.
Do most people take steroids? I thought that was a huge no no

Well, taking Test is taking steroids, whether you go through your Doctor or go the black market route, it's up to you.

This one benches 3x per week and is a 6 week program. It's a full body program, so don't miss Tues & Thurs.
Do it 2x before summer with a 2-3 week break in between each 6 week block.
On the prescribed %s: Always push the envelope. If you hit the number of reps at the % you are doing (and can do more reps) add weight for the next set or the following week when you are on the same day. I always tried to bump my lifts up at least 5-10lbs per week.
The last time I ran through this last Fall, I went from 275-280 to 320 at the end of the 6 weeks. Now, I have benched 320+ before, but the climb back up was fast.
My second bench day lifts were:
Monday: Incline Bench
Wed: Incline DB Pullovers
Fri: Flat DB Flys

I’m gonna try it. I did chest last Friday and my chest is still sore. I honestly thought I tore something it hurt so bad. Once I get my body used to working out I’ll try this.
