Good post for supplements that help mitigate health risk for PED’s. Pretty much a list from Dante. lol I will say the only supplement I don’t care for is Arachidonic Acid. No results and never felt great on it. I do like Dante’s Abolic. A study just came out on Apigenin showing it’s anabolic effects. What do you think about phosphatidic acid? I think it would be worth including that on the list, especially since they have products formulated that includes eaa’s.

pretty much stolen from Dante but i disagree with them being just to help mitigate health risk of PEDs. Everything they do to mitigate those health risk...they also do for a normal person not on PEDs.

i havent taken AA is prolly 10+ years but i did remember i had to dose way way more than what was orginally labeled.

yea its a very good product and like all of Dante's stuff you can actually trust whats in it. also apignein has anti cancer properties too LINK

i knew there was one i was forgetting. yea PA is good stuff and of course EAAs are always good

i do think a natural stack of

creatine
Abolic
AA
PA
turk

combined with something like PPSA's Stacked and jacked ran for 12 weeks with a great diet would give badass results for sure. i actually been thinking about running something similar next year.

lol Well of course they can help markers in non enhanced people. Usually these supplements, at least from the people I follow, are used for people on PEDs.

I think another area people can improve health is through the gut. But thats another thread to itself.

Provides higher absorption because of a higher phospholipid content

I came across a new study that said if your HbA1c was really bad the fish oil is a waste of money. You have to get your 3 month glucose levels down before you get all the benefits.

I just saw a study that said ashwaganda increased strength and muscle growth something like 1.5 times. Have you heard anything about that?

Ordered some carditone for htn. Dang diastolic is up over 100 and I'm eating and exercising on point for 6+ months.

Doesn't make a lot of sense so I blame my recentish bout of covid.

Will update.

I ordered Caridtone 2 weeks ago and have been taking it since. My BP has gone from 129/72 to 119/66 on multiple measurements (same time of day). So far this stuff really helps.

the carditone has worked better than any of the supplements on the list for me. brought me down about 15 points on both systolic & diastolic

Magnesium Glycinate has been my bestie for muscle pain post-workouts and is a great non-prescription for reduction of anxiety symptoms. Also doesn't have that typical laxative effect of other Mags.

I know I’m probably the only one that still does the gurt here but I add a scoop to my protein shake after the gym and I think it makes you recover a lot faster

Started looking into maybe trying this in a year or so because anything you're trying is probably worth looking into. I saw a post from Dante talking about how although A-bolic has turk in it, it is not a turk product and that Apigenin is the key ingredient. Is there enough turk in this to be sufficient or are you planning to supplement additional turk on top of what's already in A-bolic?

Y’all still like this? I’m on BP meds, but will still spike now and then if I eat something too salty. Would love to eliminate that.

Any updates on Tongkat Ali?

I heard someone talking about it the other day. I think it was Huberman. Increases test?

I started taking Carditone and the Nattokinase 6 weeks ago. By 3 weeks in my pressure was down to 118/74 from usually around 132/90. Just got my second shipment in and I’m going to continue taking religiously.
