Same as Mt nano and carditone daily dropped me 15 or 20 points.
Just added Bergermont since my total cholesterol is still 204 even with good body fat levels.

Came here to say, I have tried Cardiotone for one month. No results, and it’s hard to breathe. It really impacts my upper respiratory system. I’m coughing and wheezing all day everyday. This is not normal for me. I decided to stop since there are only negative results.

My BP hasn’t budged. Might have to do with the fact that I also take Lisinopril as prescribed by my doctor, and maybe there’s interference between the two. Unfortunately, if I have to choose, I’m going to follow what my doctor prescribes. High blood pressure is no joke.

I know there a lot of people getting great results. But, I wanted to report that it doesn’t work for me.

Looking for some guidance. I'm 61 YO and also 6' 1" weigh 205. I have been lifting now for a couple of years. I have been taking a pre and was wondering should I ditch that and take recommended doses of L-Citrulline, Creatine, and Beta Alanine. I do think the pre helps me some? Buying the 3 I noted in bulk would be a heck of a lot cheaper though. Inputs appreciated. Thanks

AT 61, i would suggest getting off the pre and taking just thie citrulline and creatine. the BA wont really do much but if you like it, take it too.

Thanks for the input. I'm thinking that is the route I will take.

1) Creatine- most researched supplement in the world, also has health benefits-5g daily 2) SNS GlycoPhase- Glucose Disposal agent- take with carb meals 3) SNS- X-Gels - Arachidonic Acid 4) True Nutrition- The lab- T-sterone and A-Bolic

Do you recommend taking these all together as a stack? Any issues taking these while on TRT?

Curious about why it would be good to get off the pre? Assuming its due to my age but what are the details/potential negatives of taking it at 61? I ordered some creatine and citrulline yesterday. Thanks again.

Because it’s loaded with stuff you don’t need and lots of caffeine. I believe caffeine can be good for you but more than likely at your age, a big jolt could cause issues

Thanks. appreciate it. I get plenty of caffeine daily with my coffee habit so I'm sure you are correct.

My BP and cholesterol have been creeping up based on last labs done last month, which is mainly disconcerting because I got back into Keto life several months ago and have dropped 20+ pounds constantly so was expecting better labs but also have about 10-15 more pounds to lose to be where I want.

Thank you for all this great info. Starting on some today and will report back. Bookmarked.

Question:

So my BP is normally around 130-135 / 80-85, with a low dose of Lisinopril (20mg I believe) daily. Will the Carditone frick with the Lisinopril if I take it while still on Lisinopril?

I'd like to get the BP down a little more, and possibly get off the Lisinopril all together, but I'll need to drop about 12lbs and cut down on the drinking (the holidays are a MFer with all the parties). I had a consultation with my doctor last week, and hes confident losing the weight and cutting down on the booze will get me close to where I need to be without the Lisinopril, but he suggested I stay on it through the holidays because he understands the weight gain and drinking this time of the year as he has similar vices as me

it shouldnt, but here is my advice

continue on the lisinopril, get through the holidays, get your arse in order(i need to do that shite too, in a very fricking bad way) and get off the lisinopril and see where you are. from there get ont he carditone and see what happens. if need be you can get back on the lisinopril

Luckily, I've been killing it in the gym, but I've been killing it at the dinner table and the wet bar just as much
