There's a whole lot of wiggle room between the two. Enjoy your Rabdo.

since you know so much about programming and exercise physiology why don't you explain in detail why crossfit programming is so pour please? Also please tell us what his specific programming is?

while your at it educate us on your amazing system you have please?

btw this is coming from somebody that has a problem with a lot of CF programming so not taking up for CF, just tired of your childish antidotes.

I understand peoples frustration with crossfit. And while i have never participated in it, i think that doing crossfit is better than nothing. Some people just do better with a group with a gameplan than walking into a gym by theirself and work out. Just know your limits, if it hurts dont do it or push it.

I proved this to myself multiple times. With Crossfit, this is the longest I've worked out continuously since school. I have learned to not look ahead to see what the WOD is though

Okay I stepped over the line, apologies. The Rhabdo comment was uncalled for, it was an extreme response to an extreme response (losing a limb to diabetes). You have to admit though that CF has more of its share of injuries when compared to others systems, they even brag about it sometimes. I wish you success, and hope you reach your goals, and of course I hope you do it injury free.

I avoided crossfit and even talked bad about it because of my shoulder history(bilateral injections and PT on the right) and what I would see people doing. I can honestly say that my shoulders are feeling as good as they have since first having issues.

Hey man
We never, ever do bench. I miss bench.

We do push ups so seldom, I never feel like I am getting as much chest work as I'd like.

I may just sneak in some time and do bench on my own.

You’ll be surprised at how sore your chest will be the first time you do kipping pull-ups.
