Trick to making your own smoothies is like half frozen and half fresh fruit. So maybe do half fresh pineapple with frozen strawberries. Add a small scoop of bluebell homemade vanilla and a little shot of condensed milk. Will be the perfect consistency and great flavor.

This. I just use the little smoothie maker. Frozen strawberries and blueberries, a banana, orange juice, and protein powder.

I hadn’t been to a smoothie king in over 10yrs until recently, and was pleasantly surprised by the macros:

The Gladiator Chocolate/Vanilla is what me and the kiddo get after volleyball practices at times.

Its tasty and the macros are good like the post above.

Now the King cake gladiator is delicious but the sugar content yikes

THIS is the way.

I tell them to hold the fruit (comes with 2 fruit add-ins of your choice) to cut down on sugar (even though it is natural sugar),

Just want scoops of protein, and add in greens and fiber.

i never know what to get when i go to SK.

we're always on the run with sports and sometimes we need to pick up supper on the way home late.

can anyone tell me the difference between the GLP-1 gladiator and regular gladiator?

also, i'm just realizing there is a plain strawberries and a strawberries with syrup. guess i need to specify!!!

Vanilla hulk w/ 2 scoops almond butter and 1 scoop of protein. I get this every Saturday after my workout. I’m sure it’s packed with sugar but it’s stupid good

Does not compute

I do like the strawberry Hulk smoothie though. Its my go to if I'm out of town and have a Smoothie King nearby. But when I'm at home, drinking the Mass XXX from GNC twice a day has helped me put on some muscle weight.
