What are the details here? Often wondered what the plan was between race plans. Assume that’s what this is?

There is a coupon code on this site or on the Training Peaks site to get these plans for free. And of course you can upload them to your Garmin.

I set too many goals last year. Going to simplify it this year:
1. 315# bench (current max 295#)
2. Get under 200# body weight (current weight 218#)

Mine may seem complicated but I only have one keystone goal…. The meditation. I won’t be disappointed if I don’t do the other ones.

I’ve been running 4 days a week already. So I have that as a base. And for at least a few months last year I was on Carbon. I just shite the bed during the holidays.

Going to break it down month-to-month. January goals:

1) Dry January - one day exception
2) start everyday with 8 oz of lemon water
3) only one cup of coffee per day
4) 64 oz of water per day
5) alternating weeks of 4 lifts/3 cardio with 4 cardio/3 lifts

More consistency in my running. Ideally, no weeks under 20mpw (excusing for injury of course)

My goal is to stick with PPSA all year. Slimming down the first few months then trying to maintain weight.

Same as always. Lose about 20 pounds of body fat to show muscle.

Hasn’t happened yet and won’t happen this year. But I’m trying again.

1500lb total at a lower body weight. Will mean holding my bench steady while losing weight. Not sure about that

Mine are all related to eating and being more consistent with that. For the first time in my life I’ve written down a New Years Resolution, that includes completely cutting out sugary drinks (kicked my Coke addiction last year but then moved to Sprite), cutting down the “work” lunches to once a week (unless extenuating circumstances occur, which they will), and cutting out my sausage and biscuit run every morning.

I’ve finally made running and to an extent working out a habit, so I know I’ll keep that up. The eating healthy is still the big piece i struggle with.

Heart health for me. Walk more, maybe start running, drink less, lose weight.

1. Get back down below 200, preferably around 180 (Currently 248)
2. Get back rock climbing, and climb multiple 5.10a routes outside
3. When down to 225, bite the bullet and get a full medical workup and see all my vital information, and go own medication/surgery if needed.
