Curious, how tall are you? I’m at 12 ish % BF and hover around 180-185 lbs. I’d like to get down to 175lbs while maintaining my muscle. I’m not sure if that is realistic.

I'm a short king. 5'-7". I was down to 13.3% BF at 185lbs in September 2021. But I got into a relationship, and while my gym going hasn't suffered, my diet and drinking habits went down the shitter. I'm currently about 196lbs, and 17% body fat. I think my best stats were probably about 190ish lbs and 14-15% BF but my SMM was solid. You can check out the Inbody thread on here and see my tracking from around the spring of 2021 up to now.

I spent most of 2022 kind of fricking around, in and out of lifting and being healthy. I got some 2023 goals now

1. Drop about 20lbs. Need to return to sub 200.
2. Get bench to 3 plates. My 1RM was up to 335 in 2022, but I want to do reps at 315 with semi-ease.
3. Actually do squats again . I kind of neglected them and started hitting them again in November, so get my squats back to at least 3 plates.
4. Do a 5K. I have not ran a 5K in 7 years, so why not. Going on a big hiking vacation this summer, so need to hit the cardio.

My goal is to get down to sub 10% on the inbody and hold for 60 days before starting to try and add mass very slowly.

I essentially want to get to where I am slowly bulking until I get to 15% where I cut slowly to below 10% and keep repeating.

My goal is to drop another 10-15 pounds overall while continuing to add mass. I've done well over the past 6 months as I've dropped 30lbs but I've added 2 inches to my arms and an inch to my chest

This. I've pretty much stopped since Covid and haven't done anything in 3 years.

I have to get back to exercising at least 4 times a week (running 2 to 3 miles a day was my thing). I need to lose about 25 lbs. I need to cut back on drinking.

10,000 steps everyday.

Greyskull 3-4 times a week - or another LP if I lose steam on GSLP.

Row 30-45 minutes on non-lifting days.

Finally make the 1000 lb club (this is more a two year goal but I'm going to give it all I have).

Lost my gym in the storm (Gigi's downtown) Made it so easy to run, workout, shower, get a smoothie, and get back to the office in a timely manner during my lunch hour.

Really liked my lunchtime run. Haven't been ambitious enough to do mornings somewhere else, and by 5:00 I'm too tired and it is happy hour. (yet just another excuse)

yea you need to give that shite up lol

if you are downtown, you should try Crossfit LC right there on broad. good gym that has good programming with strength as the focus (owner is a chiro who also does powerlifting out of there)

You wouldn’t be going to a Philmont would you? If so I would ruck and hit the zone 2 trying hard.

I went last summer and trained my arse off but I was still sucking wind because I didn’t do enough zone 2.
