I typically drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee at work so it's just enough for these incidental calories and such to be meaningful. I normally would use half and half but I'm working in a bigger office environment and I suspect everyone would just steal it.

So I keep my own personal stevia and coffee creamer at my desk.

Is there a powdered creamer you would recommend? I picked up some of the bulletproof powdered creamer at HEB but it doesn't dissolve well at all.

Don't feel like using the standard sawdust that they keep around in such office environments.

Just buy the individual small liquid creamers.

$38 will get you 360 of them on Amazon.

Never tried it but would a little vanilla protein powder work?

I'd at least see if the half and half is stolen before assuming it would be.

powdered coffemate creamer tastes just fine to me, but I drink mine black anyway.

Try cutting the creamer and sugar.

I have less faith in construction workers... white collar or not.

Exactly what I use (Rule 1 Vanilla Butter Cake)- 1 scoop with my coffee mixed in my Ninja and it tastes great. Tried the the stuff produced by Laird Hamilton and it's so-so.

Vanilla Fairlife protein shake for the win.
42g or 26g. I like the 42g.
One 14 oz. bottle would provide you creamer for days. Minimal sugar, packed with protein.

It was one of those things I had to gradually adjust to. First I switched from creamer to almond milk. Half and half had something like 30-40 calories in a couple of tablespoons. Almond milk had that much in a cup. I would add it to my first cup in the morning, and when that was about half gone I'd top off with coffee and not add anymore. Over a few weeks, I would use less and less, finally not adding anything except some stevia.

Have seen my best results in long time, and I attribute it to a few things. The seemingly little things (little sugar here and there add up). One of those things is coffee. Black coffee (near zero calories) has been a difference maker for me.

Know it’s not for every palette. But big time positive effect.

Get rid of “silent” calories (my words: the ones you may not be paying much attention too).

Egg whites. I typically used the ones from costco.
