That sounds like half of a breakfast.

I had 5 eggs last night 2 at snack at 3 for dinner w/ avocado and bacon. Im feeling much better today.

I couldn't work out yesterday, but ran around work all day, so I got my 11k steps and 30 minutes of exercise.

That was in addition to my meals. I eat one or two hard boiled eggs as a snack and I’m set for a while.

Big week to make progress brother. Don’t get discouraged.

Eat clean, get sleep, drink water, move the body as much as possible.

Thanks bud

I'm not discouraged but rather more disappointed in myself. I'm doing the work in the gym but need to carry that over in the kitchen. I'm hoping the meal prep that I've done helps.

So I've taken a 17 day hiatus from the gym, but I'm back today. Got my macros calculated, got a good diet plan, and had a good workout today.

My strength was pretty much still all there on the earlier exercises, but I wore out quickly. If I had to guess, I'd say I prolly gained a few percentage points of BF in my off time, mainly from the shitty eating, But didn't gain any weight overall, which obviously means I've lost some SMM. No big deal. I'll get it all right in these next coming months.

Starting a new lifting program next week that has been proven to work for me in the past.

Damn kids wouldn't let me get a sound nights sleep so I couldn't drag myself to the gym this morning. I'm on my last week of PPSA Pool Season 1 and I'm ready to get on the next one. Planning on going 4 day's in a row to finish out the week and then be back on track Monday morning. Diet wasn't bad yesterday but I did have some king cake that threw me over my calories. I've got to get better with saying no to sweets, or at least cutting the portion size down.

Last inBody scan was at the beginning of December and did one this morning at the clinic.

Down 1.6 lbs (275.2)
SMM went down .2 lbs (121.9)
PBF went down .3% (23.1%)

Not fantastic results but between the last scan and now the majority of the time I was on a "eat and drink whatever I wanted" diet. Next scan will be in 4 weeks.

Weigh in. This week, I thought did the right things. Had 1.5 beers (split one with the wife). Gym 4x. Had Izzo's one night for dinner. Tracked, didn't overeat.

Come to think of it, had one bad day. Overate Monday. Was on the road for work and didn't prepare. Went down to Grand Isle and didn't account for the fact that everything's still shut down and rebuilding in Lafourche. Ate 2 McDoubles for lunch, and Subway turkey on wheat footlong for dinner on my way home. Snacks while driving.

I almost made up for it on Tuesday by just being less hungry. I went over cals on Monday by 500, was under cals by 300 on Tuesday.

I couldn't make it 3 days on eggs. I had to have a cheeseburger last night. Of course, I ate it with a lettuce wrap.

I'm eating eggs again toady, and keto dinner tonight. Tomorrow, back to normal eating. I can say that it's been interesting. I can't force myself to eat enough to have enough energy to run or workout hard. I may try this again in a month.

I'm hiding the scale for a couple weeks again. Ill weigh in the Friday before Mardi gras weekend.
