Y'all have any by chance?

I love keto bc I can eat cheeseburgers everyday of my life, keto or not. So it’s really easy for me to just have a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Add bacon and a fired egg sheeeeeet! I’m in heaven.

When I need something different, we look up casseroles or have fun with omelets. This morning, I had a steak, broccoli, cheese omelette from left overs.

If you can find Konjac noodles and “rice” that opens a huge door of opportunity to have keto versions of dishes you know and love.

Never heard of these but I see that my local H-E-B carries them so I will be trying those out today.

Side note: any tips for dealing with cramping while on keto? I don't that big of problem with it but my wife is complaining about her calves cramping up at night.

Yeah water and more salt is usually a good starting point.

I used to really enjoy keto too, all of my favorite foods are fatty. But it's not really an option for me anymore, I get bad indigestion and reflux from heavy, fatty foods these days. Gallbladder has buildup

Unfortunately I'm the opposite. More than. 5 days in high carbs and I start having big problems. Even if just using rice and potatoes I get some, though not as much.

I didn't do great this weekend but not terrible. Kind of maintained. Starting a 5 day egg fast tomorrow. 18 a day. We shall see how the farts are, hopefully mot too bad.

Super helpful op.

Counting calories tomorrow. Between 200-205 and would love to hit under 190

Just have lazy eating habits that kill a great work ethic

More electrolytes. Make a ketoaid. Use more sea salt on your food etc.

I've been disappointed in my progress so far this year. I thought that I've been relatively on top of my diet (no alcohol, minimal sugar, etc.) but apparently that has not been accurate based on the scale.

This week, I've done meal prep for all my lunches and snacks so that should take a lot of decision-making out of the picture. Dinners have been planned and there will be no eating out this week. Hoping to see a few pounds come off by next Monday.

Big week to make progress brother. Don’t get discouraged.

Eat clean, get sleep, drink water, move the body as much as possible.

Wife took care of meal prepping while I was out of town this weekend. She knew last week was a bit rocky not having every meal planned out for the week.

Re-starting grasshopper PPSA today as I only got one true lift in last week.

Let’s have a good week fellas. Everyone who is doing this egg fast check in here so I can track how y’all are doing. Very curious about this one. I’ve done RFL before this seems like the same thing but eggs instead of chicken breast?

I've had 1 boiled egg and egg salad with 3 eggs in it. I'm not feeling well, so I am not really hungry anyway.

I’m not doing all eggs but you guys got to me. I’m having all egg breakfast and hard boiled eggs as snacks throughout the day. I had 6 eggs total yesterday and was full as a tick all day long.
