Stacked and Jacked is one of the best programs if you have all your ducks are in a row with managed stress, sleep, time and macros.

I was considering doing it again after a month of House of 1000 reps, but as I have some family and career goals to focus on in the next few months, I have decided to go with Arm Farm.

Looking forward to restarting Grasshopper today with increased weight and a training max. Not looking forward to the million degree heat in the home gym, but I'll survive.

Appreciate the advice and recommendations along the way.

If anyone sees a sale on bands please post it. I dont need any for Grasshopper but will need some for SuperSet which I start Sept 3

It’s freezing here down under, I have steam coming off during a session after work.

During our summer, I preferred an early morning session as it was typically only 22c or 71f.

Obviously can’t recommend any band deals in, but i bought a set of fabric 41’ bands and micro bands. 41s are good for pull aparts and face pulls.

I use 3 resistance bands over pull up bar with clipped on handles for tri pull downs

Completed the W1D1 Grasshopper yesterday with a new training max. Felt great. Sore this morning. Definitely paid the price for being lazy and sleeping late yesterday morning. Pre-sunrise Morning workouts without AC>>>>>> Summer evening full sun workouts with no AC.

Random question, but: Out of curiosity, what do yall do with your sweat soaked clothes every day? Wash them daily? Hang them to dry somewhere? Separate workout clothes hamper you pile that stuff in until wash time?

throw them in the hamper and fold/put them away after they magically reappear on the kitchen table 2 days later.

I'll hang em up on plastic hangers to dry. Rotate about 3 shirts a week, wash em all whenever. I don't need to be spiffy and clean everyday for training alone in my garage. I'm sure I stink, but frick it, it's summer.

ETA: also....different hamper.

I agree on all accounts. I wear whatever in my garage gym is easy and convenient at the time.

Also, all sweat covered clothes goes in a different dirty clothes hamper in laundry.

First week of Arm Farm in the books yesterday.
After enjoying Pump City and House of 1000 reps, I love this plan for the change in volume and time spent in each session. Most are finished in just over an hour including warm up and cardio.

Still appreciate the supersets, especially day 4 148kg deads and 22.4kg carry sets. I can feel my forearms about to explode.

The stress is balanced throughout the week and each day I am finding myself looking forward to the next session.

Hit the 17 sets of bench day this morning on 70s big. Brutal. I was about 20lbs under what the rep percentage was calling for by the end lol. Took an hour just for the bench then it hit you with 10 sets of 20 superset of tricep push down and lateral raises. Took about an hour and 40 min in all

I finished up Dr. Jacked on the 5th and did some deload workouts through Hurricane Beryl when I could. Enjoyed Dr. Jacked and had fun completing it.

Planning on starting Brickhouse today. I'll give some feedback as I work through it. Looks like a challenging program so, I'll be focusing on adequate nutrition and sleep during it.

Finishing up Pool Season 2 this week. Too much shrugs. Next time gonna take pool season 2 and throw in some of the arms from pool season 1 instead of shrugs 3 days a week.

Finishing up Pool SZN 2 this week. Ran Pool SZN1 2 times through right before. thinking of doing szn 2 again in August but have couple weeks of travel so would get 3 weeks in anyhow

After that not sure what to run. New to PPSA programming, is Squatober a right of passage that needs to be done by all newbies? If so what should I run in September for either change of pace or to prepare.

Oak tree, big back billy, and filling out the hoodie are some I did last year that I liked.

I'm leaning towards Filling out the Hoodie and adding in extra chest/back/leg work to get some focused isolation done.

About to start week 4 of arm farm. Did pool season 1 and 2 in May and June. Thinking of running hypertrophy in august. Anyone doing that one yet? If so, thoughts?

Ran it in May. My notes start bottom of pg 86 ( LINK). It was a tough program, but I was in a big caloric deficit when I ran it. I plan on running it again, but not sure when.
