I am new to PPSA but I started Brickhouse remastered on Monday. Been eyeing a few different plans. Looking forward to working through this one.

It could very well be nerve related. May be just late sequela of the sciatica. It is strange that it is still going on but seems more likely be related to that than to something coincidental.
May need to see a neurologist for further testing/clarification

After reading this thread, I just switched my computer over to Firefox from chrome.m and iPhone to safari from chrome.
I’ve read that any browser on iPhone is basically Safari though. What are y’all using on iPhones?

Thank you everyone! I dug a lot of the bulbs out a couple days ago. I need to dig some more smaller ones out. But I will get the bonide stuff and paint it on the stumps.
I will try anything at this point.

Help with getting rid of elephant ear plants
Posted by sportsguy88 on 6/4/19 at 8:11 am
We just recently bought our first house and have some elephant ear plant infestation in the corner of our backyard. Our backyard neighbor has it and it has grown over to our yard. The previous owner just tried to keep it at bay but we would like to try to get rid of it as much as we can. We have been digging up roots.
What are some good options (like poisons or solutions) to try to really get down in the roots to kill it?

re: Parking will be tight at MSY this weekend, plan ahead
Posted by sportsguy88 on 3/4/19 at 8:02 am to wickowick
It has been crazy trying to fly out of MSY. We tried to fly out to Portland at 6:35 for our honeymoon on Feb 19. Took us 1.5 hours just to get through bag check and missed our flight. Some people were complaining they had to wait 2 hours in that line. Security was no better for some people as well as they missed flights. It has been a shitshow there. We thankfully got on a flight at 2:55 from being on standby all day, but the only reason that happened is people also missing flights due to bag check and security.

I really enjoyed a shadow of what was lost. Read the 2nd one right after and can not wait for the third. Good series.
I just started 1984. And thinking about starting Wheel of Time.

Just started Astrophysics for People in a Hurry.
I have been wanting to read Guns, Germs, and Steel for a long time, but never pulled the trigger on it. I think I will after I finish the book I just started.

re: Intermittent Fasting experiences?

Sounds good. Thanks. I am a poor med student right now so trying to get good value on stuff. I love the True Nutrition Whey isolate cold filtration protein.
My eating window has been 2-8 as well for the most part. Sometimes I go 2-7, just depends on schedule.
Today will be a hard day to stay fasted for long. I also had a good cardio session this am. Ran 1 mile then did 10 min HIIT (1 min sprint, 1 min walk).

How is everyone doing with their IF experiences now?
I have definitely lost some body fat % and staying lean. I see no negative results in the gym and feel like I actually have gotten stronger. No specific workout routine, but stick to the big lifts and a few accessory lifts. Workout 5 days a week at 5 AM with about 15-20 minutes of cardio afterwards. I also have pretty much transitioned into 18:6 now with some black coffee during the fast.
Also, I am really looking into EAA's, but I think I remember lsu777 saying something about also adding glutamine? Would buying the EAA +glutamine in bulk be the best option? Or EAA + BCAA in bulk? I do like the Xtend BCAAs (which I have been taking and include glutamine).
Is True Nutrition the best value for getting EAAs in bulk?

Walmarks for most things just because it is cheap.
Rouse’s or Albertsons for stuff during the week that I may have forgotten.
Trader Joe’s for a few things every couple weeks
Sam’s or Costco for bulk stuff

Hahaha. Ehh it happens. I was just wondering about it. I feel like I have been focusing better and getting a good amount of studying in while fasting. I’ll see how I do in the upcoming weeks with it so test day, I am ready to go.
Thank y’all again!

Probably a dumb question, but I am wondering if you are able to drink 5 hour energy while in the fasting period. I usually drink coffee and that works perfect. I have to take a 9 hour test in about a month and we get a couple of breaks in between. Figured at about the halfway point, I would like some caffeine. But won’t be able to get a hot cup of coffee.
What could I do that wouldn’t break the fast?
