You’re right, take was the wrong word. Retarded comment is more accurate. Happy?

so you do crossfit?

btw if you like that kind of stuff, should looke at jonniewod combined with johnniebod. its the old crossfit football programming plus aesthetics from john welbourn who played in nfl, created CF Football and has power athlete.

It doesn't offend at all. Crossfit is hard, a bunch of people I know do it. All are in good shape.

Not really. I do a lot of interval, high intensity type things that are a kin to crossfit, but I'm not trying to really do anything like for time or anything like that.

should check out the johnnie bod or the ryan fischer programming. i think you would like it if you like lifting and interval training.

I've looked at Fischer. It's alright. I do more traditional strength cycles based on percentages supplemented by conditioning work. It's good for ideas but it's not something I'd do evert day

Finished day 1 of Week 4 Arm farm this morning. Sprinting to the finish now. It's a brutal amount of volume in the home gym heat but really like the SS programming. Shoulders and arms are blitzed at the end each day,

Definitely going to rerun in September then take on Squatober.

Kids finally went back to school, I can get back into a normal routine now. Picking back up on week 2 of silverback, after a 2 week break.

I'm starting week 2 today also. Week 1 got me a bit sore and I'm pumped for week 2.

I did day 1 of squatober prep. Going to stretch it to 5 weeks, and have a short deload before squatober.

I’ve done all kinds of programs and my squat has never felt better than the last month.

I finish Pool Season 1 Friday and will move to Pool Season 2.

Arm farm or Elbow meat afterward?

assuming you arent doing squatober, i would do elbow meat then arm farm. only because 5 day vs 4 day. then if looking for upper body mass like it sounds would look to do something like

oct- elbow meat(5 day)
nov- arm farm- (4 day)
Dec- all i want for christmas is a big bench (5 day)
Jan-filling out the hoodie 1 (4 day)
Feb-filling out the hoodie 2 (5 day)
March- Stacked Jacked & turning heads(4 day)
April- Arm Farm
may/june- pool season 1&2 again

I like it. Plan is to hit upper body hard over the next 6-8 months then move to legs the last 4ish months of next year.

then i would add

July- Benchoholic (5 day)

august-Hypertrophy(4 day)

sept-periodic table of thickness (4 Day)

oct- squatober (5 Day)

Nov- strongville(4 Day)

Dec- Brickhouse(5 day)

that would get you ready for squatober while continuing to add lots of upperbody mass. then after squatober allow you to continue to make upperbody gains while hammering lower. also balances out recovery aspect of 4 day and 5 day programs.

I started Let's Pregame yesterday for my Squatober prep. Doing the same as you, stretching it over 5 weeks. Should allow me time to retest one rep maxes and have a short deload in the week leading up to Squatober.

Nope. Just go to the Pen and Paper website. If you buy a plan, he emails it to you in PDF. You have to print it out and take with you.
