I’m still wearing mine daily. Should I be ashamed? I can pull out my nano 4s.

I figured this was the only board that didn’t have a Nike thread.

Health and fitness folks are above worrying about political trashiness.

I’ve been wearing Nike free x metcons for a while. Threw on my nano 7’s yesterday and they hurt the shite outta my feet.

To change this up, do you guys prefer the metcons or nanos? I’ve had both and really have no preference.

As a rule, I hate Nike, but the Free X is the best athletic shoe I have ever worn. It transitions perfectly from wods to running. My Inov8s killed my feet if I had to run.

I haven't tried the Free X or Inov8's before, but I used to wear Nano's and they killed my feet during running or jumping. I didn't really care for them during squats either; I'd kick them off and squat bare feet or in socks.

I like my Nanos for more lift heavy WODs.

I've only played basketball in my Metcon Frees so far, but I can definitely tell that I will prefer them on more running/cardio focused WODs.

Inov8s were my first crossfit shoe and they lasted like six months. Both the nanos and metcons are still doing great and I’ve been using them both for three years. I agree that both are not optimal for running, box jumps or double unders.

I have two pair of metcon 1’s that are still my favorite WOD shoes if there isn’t much or any running.

I paid $250 for my Nike lifting shoes. If anyone has a problem with me wearing them, meet me at Sonic.

Just don't wear them to the fight. My Romaleos are solid, but I can't imagine trying to run or jump in them.

If my WOD involves sprints then my Nano 4's

if not my Metcon 4s

Dude they totally suck for anything outside if lifting. I will change into tennis shoes mid-workout when I do conditioning.

I have both Metcons and Nanos. I’ve been wearing the Nanos more often. Very comfortable shoes!
