Eat a good breakfast and drink a lot of water. You'll be totally fine.

People that go on an empty stomach and dehydrated are the ones that get weak after.

*they'll test your iron levels before doing anything else when you get there.

The OT

Don't you love how everything was definitive in that thread from posters you know has never stepped foot in a gym. I read all the way through it and just shook my head. Of course, it is the OT where everyone pays cash for everything, bangs 10's, and has never made a mistake in their lives.

Looks like the one about The Rock. So many dumbasses out there. And exactly like 7 said, it’s the same ones griping that their wives won’t bang them My wife gives me hell at times jokingly saying she’s tossing all my vials in the trash, but sex life had quadrupled since, so she must like something about it.

Is anyone’s hematocrit and MCV on the higher end while on TRT? Are there ways to reduce it?

Mine was on the high end before starting (46-49) and have been in the 50-54 range while on TRT. Donating blood every 2-3 months and this has seemed to keep it in range. My doctor (@ Baylor in Houston) wants me at 54 or lower. Been trying to drink more water and have started taking naringin (grape fruit extract) a couple months back. Will be doing labs in a few months. Will try to drink 20-30 ounces of water before my labs that morning. Hoping some of it was I was dehydrated for those morning labs (only drinking 8oz or less in the past).

Been on trt almost a year now and it’s been a huge improvement for me. My testosterone started around 150ish after years of statin use (think statins contributed to my low #’s for me) and has gone over 1,400 on 160mg, now hovers around 800-1000 on 120mg split into twice a week injections. Have lost around 30lbs and now have energy to workout 4 times a week along with cardio.

I’m sure it’s been mentioned before but what’s a good online TRT clinic?

So went to an appt with a new GP. He’s not a fan of TRT, surprise surprise. Told him what my #s were. Gave me some schpeel about the only time test levels can be checked is at 8-10am. Anything else is useless. Basically said that by testing in the afternoons, they’re manipulating the #s. Told me Rejuveme has given “at least 7-8 of his patients a stroke”. Told him that my fatigue levels were what led me there. Told me I was tired cause I probably had sleep apnea. Tried to dam near diagnose me with it on the spot. After asking me a series of questions that you’d think would be for a narcoleptic (do you fall asleep during conversations? Lol)& answering no to each, he still ordered a sleep study. I don’t have frickin sleep apnea. I sleep like a dam baby. And besides, I’m not wearing a dam cpap unless I’m about to die.

5 weeks in…feel like a champ. Maybe it was ready to heal anyway but the BPC has all but cured a groin strain I’ve been dealing with since mid-April. Energy back. Lifting consistently again for the first time in years. Have actually gained 6-7# which is a bit puzzling despite my diet being on point (mostly lol). Not sweating that tho.

Question: soooo the libido thing. Def better but man, I’m waking up dam near every night with an erection that could break steel lol. That normal?

Been lurking this thread for a while. I wanted to thank you for your info on boron.

I’m 48 and run about 3-5 miles, 4x/week, but lately I felt like my recovery was getting slower and I didn’t have the same stamina I used to. My diet is solid, but I still felt limited.

After reading here about boron and its effect on SHBG and free testosterone, I decided to try it. My initial labs showed low free T and high SHBG, which matched how I was feeling. I started a stack in mid-July: boron (worked up to 12 mg/day), zinc (22 mg/day), and magnesium (200 mg at night).

Fast forward ~7 weeks, and my labs improved a lot: total T jumped from 415 to 606, free T doubled from 39 to 82, and SHBG dropped from 46 to 34. I’m noticing better energy and recovery already.

Big thanks to this board — I wouldn’t have thought of boron without reading here. Plan is to stay on this stack and retest in 6–12 months.

not all but many GPs are dumb AF. i had one tell me keto is a weight gain diet and calories dont matter

you should have asked him for a study on TRT causing a stroke...because it doesnt exsist.

i will say peak test levels are in the morning, not at 8-10 though. its right before you wake up and why you wake up with a hard on.

glad its going good. the weight gain is prolly either water weight or muscle or combo. it happens.

awesome man, great results. and I got the info on boron from Dante Trudel. He is my biggest influence on these types of things and one of the biggest overall in lifting too.

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking too. Also taking creatine so that may be adding to it as well. I can tell I’m slimming down, the scale just doesn’t show it

creatine is adding water weight, really normal. water is in the muscle though so considered lean tissue.

Right, that’s why I wasn’t really concerned. I’ve been using Creatine since the mid 90s so I was expecting that…but maybe not 6-7#s lol
This is what I’m running

.4mL - Test Cyp 200 - 2x/week
.5mL - NAD+TB500 - 2x/week
20u - BPC-157 - 5x/week
12mg - Boron - 7d/wk
10g - Creatine Mono - 7d/wk
25mg - DHEA - 7d/wk

Almost finished the BPC. Not continuing cause I really don’t have any injury issues and it’s too expensive ($350/mth) to just stay on it. May be taking same approach with NAD+ in another month.

Been on 100mg a week (broken down to 50mg twice a week) for about 6 weeks now. Just got some blood work done..

Total Test is up to 582 from mid 200s, free test is 20. HTC has creeped up over 51 but I will say I was pretty dehydrated going into getting my labs done which I believe can affect that some. I feel a but better from when I started however but am wondering what would happen if I upped it to perhaps 120mg a week.

up it to 75mg 2x per week and see how you feel after 6 weeks and what blood work looks like.

I’m going to get on this stack, I’ve been feeling like shite lately, age 36. Could be due to have three kids aged 3 and under, plus starting a business, without sleeping much.

My total T was 274
