If I ate 300g protein every chest day and 50g protein every other day…

Would I get an overdeveloped chest compared to the rest of my body if I was hitting everything equally in the gym?

You get your protein on chest days from chicken breasts, and on leg days you do chicken thighs. That's how it works.

That’s actually wise advice. It’s already chest muscle so it should be easier to turn back into chest muscle. I think they call it muscle memory.

Let's say the chest/300g protein day i eat 500 above maintenance calories and all the other days I eat 500 below maintenance.

Still chest is growing the same as everything else if work is equal.
