I should have started with Creatine a long time ago.

I’m 39 and really just started with Creatine in the past six months. My performance has been through the roof and my muscle mass has increased substantially.
No doubt part of that is that I had gotten really out of shape, and I’ve been hitting it pretty hard since February.
I’ve never been a big believer in supplements, but I listened to Andy Galpin on Huberman Lab, and he touted the benefits of creatine.

I wish it didn't tare my stomach up, but it does.

There like 7 different kinds of creatine all with different solubility and viability I would try a different version.

Which type does Smoothie King use in their muscle enhancer?

have you tried creapure version of monohydrate?

I don't use creatine but should start. Can you link me a recommended one I can mix in my protein shake?

How much are you taking? I used to only take 5g/day but the last few months bumped it up to 9.

I stopped taking it a while back. I was trying to reduce total body water as much as possible to lower blood pressure. Now that's under control, so I might consider adding it back in. It does make a big difference in my capacity for work.

Agree - I'm older and am trying to increase/maintain strength - while it has worked for that purpose, the biggest difference I have noted is better, longer sleep - I add it to my daily protein shake.

Also curious about how much and what brand. I think I have my protein brand. I really don't measure it and take it once per day. Once I run out not sure what brand to buy. saw ON recommended.

I was scared of the stomach issues as well as kidney stones, so I take ConCret which is Creatine hydrochloride.
There are a couple of other brands as well.

I take 7-10 mg daily. I think 5mg is good if you’re a girlie man and weight about 150.

I use this also and have never had any issues. It’s a great product.

I am also trying to increase strength at 70 years old and have kinda hit a wall. What do you think of creatine at this age?

This is the one I got:

I've tried every which way on this stuff and it just eats me alive.

Looks like there is a shortage of creapure right now and some bra is are removing it from their labels.
