How much cardio do you do?

I run 1-1.5 miles before my workout as a warm-up, just a way to get going after sitting all day. Then a lot of my workouts I'll incorporate a 60 or 120 yard run used as part of a circuit.
I workout 4 or so days a week so I guess I'm getting somewhere around 6 miles a week of cardio from straight running before adding in the circuit training I do. I do this along with the big lifts like bench and deadlift.
What say you?

HIIT circuit classes (similar to CrossFit but not dumb) for 45 minutes 2-3 days a week. 45 minute spin classes 2 days a week. Usually another 10-20 miles of montain biking in weekends if weather allows. If not, I try to do another spin class on weekends.

I don’t. I lift weights Mon-Fri and am on my feet all day at work. Once I get through my current program I may switch to a program that imvolves cardio. But I don’t plan on needing to run for 10+ miles, just conditioning.

I run 15 miles a week on average.

Sit all day at work, either driving or behind a computer.
Walk 1 mile to warm up 5 days a week.
Row 10 minutes, balls to the wall 4 days a week.
Row 30 minutes 1 day a week, ball to said wall.

What do you consider cardio? Cause I ain't running unless I'm being chased by dogs or the cops. frick that, just not gonna do it.
I'll do some air bike, rower, prowler work, heavy bag work but most of what I consider conditioning work is from something like kb swings combined with burpees or strongman stuff.
About the most you will catch my arse running is 40 yard sprints. And I consider anything over a 100 yards a huge waste of time, energy and recovery. If I'm gonna waste the recovery I am going to be do it on a dick March atleast. Army made me hate running.
Plus, and no offense against people that like to run, but I find 99% of people I have met that run long distance (outside the military) have been gigantic pussies and complete and utter pompous that's. So.... I'm not taking the chance of it being the running that turns you into a pussy douche.
That's not rules and I'm sticking to them, well because frick running.

10-12 Hours a week. This week for example:
Monday- 1 HR swim
Tuesday- 45 minute run (9 min/mile pace)
Wednesday- 1 HR swim
Thursday-45 min easy run; 1 HR spin on bike trainer
Friday-1 hr swim
Saturday- 4 HR bike; 30 min run
Sunday- 2 HR easy run
This is during training. When not training for a specific goal, those big weekend numbers scale back a lot and get closer to a 7-8 hr a week number.
Well thank God you said no offense. Otherwise, I would have lumped you in with the general belief that meatheads are overly compensating douches who lack intelligence. But since you said no offense, I didn't jump to that stereotype at all.

What kind of SPM are you at for that duration?

I do 9 miles a week on average. I used to be big into it but have realized strength training is far superior for body composition goals. I might not run at all if I hadn’t built up a habit and enjoy being with my running friends. I also do about 6 minutes of HIIT to end my workouts.

I do fasted cardio almost every morning. I just set the treadmill on an incline and start walking for 40iah minutes. I keep reading that’s the best way to burn fat and keep muscle so it’s what I do.
ETA: I lift in the evening after work for more “cardio”

Ugh. Y'all make me feel lazy af. There are two rowers at my gym. I guess I could use them. Nobody else does.

None. I plan on adding one HIIT session in a week probably on Mondays. I mean i do half mile warm ups before I lift 3X a week, but that is only to get a sweat going and to do some dynamic stretching

In the past I have stints where I ran 3-4 times a week for miles. Did a few rounds of Insanity (5 days a week though).
Now I lift 4 days a week (finally hit the 1000lbs club in December) and just do spirited incline walks on the treadmill. Yup, I am plumper than I used to be, but frick all that running crap now

running can be quite an effective drug
I know it isn't for everyone, but when you get into it, you crave that high, which I assume is similar to how some of y'all feel about lifting heavier weights
