I know for me, I do 600 pushups a week 6 days. With the resistance bands workout with biceps 4 days a week.

6-7, but usually 7. I try to take it easy on the 7th day and do light cardio.

Last few programs I did were 6 days a week. Current one is only 4, but I add in a cardio on Wed to fill the M-F.

I’m not sure I’ll go back to a 6-day a week. 4-5 seems perfect.

Been on two-a-days for months. Weights, cardio.

My main account had taken most of the winter off and now there’s dick-all going on in my industry, so no excuses.

Only lift once or twice a week. Run 6-7 days. Bike 2-3.

4-5 days . I’ve switched over to strength training which has been different but interesting. I’m fortunate to have a guy who has won all kinds of powerlifting meets and owns a few records to tell me what to do.

Typically 6 with maybe some light cardio day 7. If I’m really busy with work, I’ll drop down to 4.

I'm training longer now that there isn't anything else to do, but I've always worked out almost every day since I was a teenager and haven't let up since. I'm one of those weird people who actually enjoy working out. It also helps my stress, anxiety, mental health, etc.

Before the apocalypse, I was lifting weights 4-5 days a week. Post apocalypse, I've been doing Insanity workouts 6 days a week for two weeks now. I enjoyed the weight lifting much more, but desperate times call for desperate measures.
