I love the heavy bag. I just got back into boxing. I haven’t loss my left hook.

Yep, the heavy bag gives a great workout. Sometimes I'll do it with wraps and light bag gloves and other times with wraps and a pair of boxing gloves for a bit more weight on the ends of the arms.

Like you, my left hook can cause some pain and have hurt a few folks with liver shots over the years, making them quit sparring. I use to love in-fighting when sparring.

I just got the 5 x 7 speed bag and that little thing is real fast on the rebound and keeps you getting after it to keep it going. I can see where this is a great "hand/eye" exercise because the striking area is so small compared to larger bags. Less room for error.

I wish I could join a boxing gym. They’re so expensive. And I don’t know how much I want to get punched in the face.

Rogue Rack

It’s like the blue one. It’s the one with the shorter arms.

Does it fold into the wall or is it in a fixed position?

I have one of these and can speak to the quality of it. Great space saver and solid rack. I have a tractor supply stall mat under mine. Folds against the wall in front of my vehicle. I back the truck out a few feet, unfold the rack and I’m ready to go.

I love it but I’ll be moving every 2-3 years so I need one that doesn’t wall mount.

I'm semi-interested in a heavy slamball, but most of my rubber area is taken.

Used Amazon Prime day to get a $72 50 pound slamball. I have a problem buying workout gear.
