I run to my gym and back, about .9 miles both ways, will I never get strong?

I ask questions I am curious about. Stepped out of the gym for several years and just celebrated a year of returning with great progress. I don't read this board often but enjoy the knowledge when I do read and ask qustions and appreciate the suggestions I have received.
I feel like I have a pretty good idea of who to listen to and who to ignore here so I filter out all the broscience you are referring to.

Are crossfit people allowed? I lift heavy shite. My bench needs work but 255 ain’t bad for a crossfit Guy.

You do know that your continued posting is the reason why this joke thread was started?
You have nothing of substance to provide to this board except championing the fact that you are 135 at 10% body fat, like that is some monumental task at that body weight. Most of us here were past that level as freshman in HS.
Injuries heal, but you being a little Napoleonic pussy will always remain a constant.

Of course, when I get walk into the local Crossfit gym, the usual crew asks me if I’m going to actually do Crossfit instead of benching, squatting, or working on Olympic lifting.
