I was at 140-150 heart rate after the close grip push-ups every set. Was an amazing workout but it took it out of me completely. My resting heart rate was like 56 last time I checked it, so I was getting after it today.

I kept double checking to make sure it wasn’t 3. I had to drop weight twice on the rear laterals.

My 15s felt super heavy at the end

I'm starting W1D1 tonight. Already worried about the pain I'm going to feel in that left elbow doing the Zottmon curls.

Go really light in order to ease the pressure on that elbow.

One set in to farm flex of W1D2. This is tough!

All done. Damn these long arms don’t mix well with rear laterals.

I’m going to run the back day (w1d4) tomorrow because I have to spend the weekend in a hotel with a bench and only up to 50lb dbs and it looks like w1d3 would be easier to manage with that stuff. Deadlift to Farmer walks and heavy pullovers to Yates rows need heavier dbs and a barbell :)

Just started Farm Flex and told my wife to throw all my shirts away now that the sleeves are too small.

Where we are going, we won’t need sleeves!

Btw W1d2 was like 36 working sets plus warmup. If it felt like a lot, it’s cause that’s a lot :)

All good today but didn’t sleep as good last night as I normally do. I think my CNS was in shock lol. I’m starting to get sore this evening so I’m sure tomorrow will be awful. The second day is always the worst for me. Missed day 2 today for church after work but plan on going Thur, Fri, Sat then getting on the M, Tu, Th, F schedule moving forward.

Man good to know you still with us

Wrapping up day 2 right now, had a wicked pump from the slow chins and cable push downs. I did body weight on chins did super super slow with hollow body hold. Couldn’t even finish last set of push downs unbroken from the pump

Had to make a sub for bent over rows as I kind of threw my back out this morning, gonna take tomorrow off and hit chiropractor on Friday morning. Then Get back after it

Finished day 2...I don't know what's tougher: the workout itself or planning the next superset with the gym space & equipment available lol

I went pretty light on the Zottman's, curls to OHP, lateral raises, and skullcrushers/hammer curls. My elbow held up well enough, but damn my shoulders were straight fire.

Looking forward to W1D2 tomorrow and some of those big, beautiful back squats!

Absolutely, except for these cable exercises. Up for suggestions on substitutions

Finished today. Feeling either the same or better than yesterday and knocked this one out. I went heavy on the bb curls as I suck at them. I sort of broke those up into 3/5’s but made it a point to keep my grip throughout the 15.

Those skull crushers are sneaky. 25 catches up.

The forearms are ready to give blood this morning.

Yall have a great day!
