I'm a big nerd so I sit down with my workout binder and hand write a week's worth at a time. The binder is complete with tabs and the 1st page of each tab is my training max for back squat, bench press, and deadlifts with my max listed from 50% - 100%.

Just finished W1D4. My plans got shot with the game & Sunday activities. I started this on Tuesday so I got 4/7. I'm liking this program more every time I do it.

W1D4 done. I liked the DB pullovers today. I felt strong doing them and I liked the superset with the rows!

Just finished W1D2. Had the flu last week and it whipped my arse. I’m still not 100%. Feel weak as hell and this program is damn hard.

Finally back at it. It is amazing how much illness screws with your head and strength. I'm going to do a small amount of W2D3 tomorrow just to get the body back in the habit.

i will be doing W1D3 starting today. not sure if i had the flu or what but just now starting to feel 100%. felt better yesterday but was scared to lift as i didnt want to set back my immune system.

Wouldn't doubt if it was the flu. We've been having a ton of positives every day. Surprised I haven't caught it yet.

I felt like I had a huge shoulder pump after yesterdays workout. The laterals/curls/dips super set had my arms burning!

I had to take a bit of a break from Arm farm due to a crappy hotel gym but I’ll run week 2 on Th,Fr, Sun, Mon.
I did both of the example db strength workouts in the hotel gym tho and they were just about perfect for working out when traveling. Took about 45mins start to finish and easy to do with a few sets of dbs and a bench that inclines. I think I’ll pick that program up to run when I don’t have barbell/rack access.

Arm pump has been going for at least 90 minutes. Bench was strong. 60% didn't feel like enough.
