I'm going to have to do tomorrow's workout at Planet Fitness when I go to my in-laws house for a Good Friday crawfish boil. I'm not looking forward to it.

I’ve managed to only set that stupid thing off once and it was an accident when I was doing DB bench

Day 3 down. Looking at it I was thinking short day but ended up 72 minutes. I may miss tomorrow but I’ll try to catch back up with everyone by next week.

Day 2 done. Straps made barbell shrugs a lot easier to do heavy and actually wear the traps out instead of being a grip limited exercise

How are you guys looking to split up the 200 reps of DB shrugs for W1D4? 4 sets of 50? Just keep going with breaks when needed?

W1D4 done. These high reps kicked my butt. I’m not going to be looking forward to these.

That was a long workout. Right at 1:55 for me (although I did get a little distracted and had some longer breaks). I had to drop 10 lbs on the last 2 sets of rows and the last set of skullcrushers. I also broke the 200 shrugs into 8 sets of 25.

W1D4 done. Took me about 75 minutes. Definitely forgot how challenging these Friday workouts can be. Last super set and the shrugs lit me up

I was gonna either row reverse grip with the ezcurl bar, or just do db press instead. No way I’m moving the barbell and reracking between sets lol

Halfway through W1D4, and this is murdering me. I don’t like high reps or supersets so needless to say this is destroying me
I just finished the bench / rows and don’t think I have anywhere close to enough gas to make it through the entire workout, insanely rough

On vacay in Vail so the mountain was my workout the last couple days.. hitting W1D3 today and W1D4 tomorrow to catch up so I’ll still have a rest day Sunday

I hated the BB rows on the smith machine.
Those 200 shrugs sucked. I did 30, 30, 40, 30, 30, 40. I started with the 45s but dropped down to 40s

Come on, push though and knock it out. You've made it past the last set of 20 rows already. For me those were the worst (until I got to the shrugs).

Well I made it almost all the way through. Did 2 instead of 4 sets of the skulls / hammers and did farmers carries with some shrugs mixed in as wanted to stretch the legs some
Damn, that workout wrecked me. I’m really gonna hate / love this program if every Friday is similar to that lol
