I am a guy in my mid 30s, probably about 20 lbs overweight, who sleeps about 7 hours a night. I have been finding that I am tired way more often than I used to be. Even if I am sleeping well, I am fighting fatigue all day.

Exercise has not really helped me in he past and caffeine doesn't do much for me. Just wondering if anyone has any tips or supplements that have worked for them in the past.

Thanks

Lose at least 20 pounds and get 1-2 more hours of sleep a night would be #1 and #2 IMO.

I find that intermittent fasting, I don’t eat until noon and stop eating by 8pm, helps tremendously with my energy level and focus. It gives your digestive system WAYYY more off time and allows the rest of your body to operate 100%.

Get 8 hours of sleep and evaluate your sleep hygeine. No screens an hour before bed. No caffeine after 3pm. No alcohol 2 hours before bed.

What does your diet look like? Are you eating nutritious food or just whatever crap that’s convenient?

Sleep Apnea. Even if not snoring. Get your doc to order a sleep test and tell him you want the test taken at your own home.

Get more sleep

20 lbs overweight shouldn’t be holding a person back

Some people sleep better with cold therapy, like cold showers. At the very least you will feel energy after taking that shower for a bit

Go to a doctor and see if there is something going on. Probably nothing, but some medical issues can cause fatigue.

Eh, I've been overweight and I feel much better energy wise without the extra weight.

It would be my number 1 suggestion because it also comes with zero downside or side effects. Losing weight you shouldn't have to begin with doesn't have side effects like medicine or supps. It doesn't cost extra, and actually usually saves money. You also get a whole host of other benefits.

I'm constantly tired, despite the fact that I am thin, eat well, exercise, and get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I also have two children that zap every last bit of energy out of my body before moving on to my soul.

I am happy to give 2 cents on how to lose weight. On how to lose your children, that's an issue I can't help with.

Every method of disposing children that I heard of are felonies. Not really advisable.
