Almonds. I’m bad about getting the over salted ones though like “soy n wasabi” or “habanero bbq”

I also keep a little peanut butter in a Tupperware that I mix some honey in and throw a few banana slices in there for a snack. It’s a bit on the heavy side (I use more pb than I prob should ) but keeps me feeling full a while.

Assuming that you're not trolling - I think he is trying to say all-natural butter that comes from grass-fed cows.

soy n wasabi

Those are so mf’ing good. I know this is weird but I used to eat a serving of the soy and wasabi almonds and wash it down with a glass of ovaltine chocolate milk every night, oddly great combo

Hard to beat a banana. Sub 80 calories, mostly carbs so energy rich, nutrient rich, low fat, very satiating, delicious, almost free, and my kids love them more than cookies.

I literally buy a bunch of bananas every time I go to the grocery store whether I need them or not. If I get over loaded I just peel and freeze them, and use them in smoothies.
