I think the longest I’ve rowed at once is 3k.....I think it took me about 12:30.
I can’t imagine rowing for 3ish hours.....that’s the estimate on how long it’s gonna take I believe.

Someone will row a sub 2:43. My guess is 2:39.
They rowed a half marathon at the CFG in 2013 and the top time was 1:18

well done. What was the worst part? I always find the sdhp get tougher than I thought they should be

So I did the same workout on back to back days and was able to shave 2 minutes off my time the 2nd time
I should do this more often just to see how much strategy plays a role in times

800 m run
30 WBs 20#
30 Alt DB snatches 50#
1st attempt: 23:19
2nd attempt: 21:09
2nd time I did the WBs unbroken and went harder on the runs.

Today is one of my least favorite recurring ones. Deadlift in A and B
I pretty much dislike all 5 round wods.

Did 4 rounds of some stuff and then Isabel.
I scaled Isabel down to 115 and finished in 2:17.
Should have been faster. Went 20 unbroken in :56. Form was crap on the 20th, so going to failure leads to a huge break and slower reps the rest of the way.

Strength today was my upper body bodybuilding routine
5x5 flat bench dumbbell press 75,75,85,85 and 95
4x5 single arm dumbbell row 95,95,100 and 100
10 min EMOM incline bench press and bent over dumbbell row
Odd min bench even the row
Bench was 155,155,155, 175,and 175 for 5 reps
Rows was 45s
Conditioning 25min AMRAP
2 clean and press at 135
5 kettle bell deadlifts with 53lbs in each arm
10 push ups on the kettlebells
5 wall balls 20lb ball
10 sit ups
My forearms were on fricking fire
Then 10min EMOM
3 barbell bent over rows 135lbs odd mins
5 kettlebell swings at 53lbs even mins

To clairfy: If if takes you 2 min to row 500M, you then have 1 min left to achieve max reps in the KBS. Rest 2 min and do it again.
Your score each round will be KBS reps.

Oh, wow. I have no idea how long it takes me to row 500. Pretty sure I can't make it today though.
