I have worked out at places with no air, it really isnt that bad with the fans they had. In some ways it is better.

Where it absolutely sucks is on cold winter days, bars and kettlebells get really no fun to hold.

I prefer no A/C.....but heat is nice in winter.

I’m a sweater. Coaching tball last night it was dripping off the brim of my hat.

I leave plenty sweat angels in our 72 degree gym

I sweat so much a headband does me no good because the sweat just runs over the top of it.

Good strength and conditioning day today.

For strength was an upper body push pull day

Flat bench dumbbell 80lbs x 5 2 sets, 90lbs x 5 3 sets

EMOM incline bench press for 10mins 155lbs and then next min 45lbs dumbbell bent over rows. So five of each excerise

Lat pull downs 4 sets at 160lbs

every 45 secs 10 sets seated row starting at 120 ending at 150, then the alternate set 15 push ups. So five sets of each exercise.

Then for conditioning

For time

10 working down to one
Bench Press 135lb
Dead hang pulls
Power cleans at 135lb
Sit ups

I believe only one duo did and they are both beasts. One of them practically lives in the gym.

12 DL 155#
9 Hang PC 155#
6 Push Jerks 155#

I can't RX the hangs, so I'll have to drop down to 135 or 115.

Probably 115. I'm weak on hangs.

I did DT yesterday, and did 115. Might could have done a little more weight but probably wouldn't have finished under the time cap.

I did 115# in 10:44

I died a little on the last round. Would have done 135 if my shoulder was 100%. Didn’t want to push it too much.
