Straight through 100,200,300 the way it’s supposed to be and no butterfly or kipping pull ups. Actual dead hang

I did it in an hour and sixteen minutes with my 20lb plate carrier on

I did my first full murph yesterday morning...had to use bands to assist with getting through the pull ups and had to switch to knee push ups eventually. I did the 20 rounds of 5-10-15 method. Took me 1 hour 9 minutes.

Full Murph yesterday, no vest - 38 minutes. My knee has been bothering me and running with a vest irritates it further. Still a good workout.

I did mine all outside on the track in 100 degree heat on a crappy and slippery pull up bar. That def hurt my time.

Should have just used the crossfit room at the gym and just ran out the gym for the run portion.

my chest and front delts are extremely sore from the push-ups. My quads are pretty sore from the squats, but not all that bad.

Workout of the Day

8 Minute AMRAP

800m Row

30 Deadlifts (225/155)

AMRAP V Ups

I planned to do 185 on DLs but during warmups the weight was feeling really heavy so decided to stay at 155. Got 74 reps. Had to scale down the V-ups to v-crunches

Week 12 of the squat program. EMOM of 4 reps @85% for 5 rounds.
WOD was death by Wallballs (2x each minute).

Barbell work afterwards
Snatch pull
Power Snatch (2x7). Worked up to 155lb

I literally almost collapsed after the wall balls. Made it to the 12th round. Was 154 reps.

I had trouble walking out. As I was hobbling out, someone told me to get on the airbike. It helped.

Today was rough though...

21-18-15-12-9-6-3
KBS 70/53
Burpees
Sit ups

It was so god dang hot. I've lived in the heat my entire life. But every year it's almost new to me. Summer hasn't even started

Yeah I can't fathom how people complete some of the workouts in the brutal heat of summer with no AC. Geaux has AC.

Were in an old warehouse in Houston and the A/C is almost non-existent. We have several big arse fans running full blast and I bring a towel. Always weird dropping in somewhere that has A/C

The pool of sweat under me would be embarrassing. That, and I'd never be able to take the noon class.

Cityside. Over by UHD and St. Arnolds.

Its surprisingly not too bad with the fans. I go after work so its starting to cool off. I get hot/sweat really quickly and haven't had a problem.
