When the workout says 1 mile test run for time so you get there with your running shoes on and work on stretching out your legs . . . .


And they change the workout to devil presses, power cleans and pullups.

I was not mentally prepared.

Today:

Gonna have to sandbag those push presses some.

A.)Push Press- 6 sets of 5 reps ascending in weight superset with 6 sets of 10 reps lateral raise

I like them a whole lot better than manmakers, we did 50 lb dumbbell burpees yesterday and they suck too.

I just don't recall movements like headcutters, manmakers, devils presses programmed as often as I see them around gyms now.

In my 3 years of doing CrossFit, I haven’t ever seen any of those programmed.

Maybe my gyms need to step it up.

I had never seen any of them till like 2 years ago. Now it seems as we have one of them programmed every 2-3 weeks

Yeah, been going for 2 years. One of them is programmed every month.

My grip was gone yesterday by round 4 of the burpee/step up pairing.

Yeah, I would've broke my toe if I would not have put them down on rep 10 of the last round I did

Good thing Labor Day is coming up, I need about 5 days of just rest. Starting to get beat up.

405 wasn’t in the cards. Once again, lifts down 10% from maxxes 2 years ago.

Nice little workout for E3 for the Wodapalooza qual.

DT with escalating weight.
4 min to finish 3 rounds at each weight. If you complete it, you add weight and continue.

95, 135, 155, 185, 205

If you finish inside of 4 minutes, just add the weight and continue. You don’t have to wait until the next 4 min block to start..
