Did it at noon. They may name that workout the tigerfoot

8:28. The sdhp were turrible.

Me and two others redid it as a group workout afterwards. We changed the reps and got rid of the high pulls in favor of pull-ups. It was fun

A bunch of ISO and Core shite yesterday.

A) 3 rounds: ISO hold DB Bench Press 30x1 tempo at 8-10 reps/side, and ISO hold on Rings with DB Rows 8-10 reps/side

B) 12 min amrap: 12 KB hold Alt leg Raises, 12 hollow rocks, 12 Kneeling Band presses

A was fun. I used 60s on bench and 35 on the rows. Hold One DB in the lockout position on bench and 8-10 reps on the other arm following the tempo. I could have used the 70s here. The ring ISO hold was tough. Leaning forward while supporting yourself with one arm and performing DB rows with the other.

B was some good core work. One of my biggest weaknesses is ab core stamina. Ended up going through 4 full rounds of this.

B.)For Time 30-20-10

We had one rep max clean/jerk today. Got a PR of 195. Pounds at that weight on cleans are like dog years-every 1 is like 7.
