Is it 10 rounds total or 10 rounds each?

5 each.

10 rounds each would have been a 22+ min WOD and 50 Snatches at 115 would have added up reeeeal fast.

It was a sprint workout.

Did 19.3 today. That fricking sucked. 77 reps Rx. Blew threw the lunges in about 2:15. The 24 in step ups were killers. Took all I had to get my short arse legs up that high.

Ive been trying to hit as much of the "extras" as I can during the week and not just doing to WOD each day.

Today was WOD and power.

I did 19.3 yesterday at lunch and then hit the regular WOD at 4:30.

4 rounds 7min each, if done early, you get to rest until the next round

10 BBJOs
30 DUs
20 dumbbell snatches
30 DUs
30 cal row
30 DUs

The row was murder the farther I got. After the lunges and box step ups of the open, I ended up switching to just straight burpees on round 3 and 4.

Today I am sore from my neck to calves.

I’d just have to plod they that thing. I doubt I would get a break between them.

I am painfully slow at box jumps .

Today..

Strength
Bench: Work up to heavy single

WOD
For time:
1000M row
50 Jerks 115/85
50 push-ups

275
11:42 Rx

Right shoulder has been bothering me lately and held me back on bench

Class had nearly 17 people and we were short rowers so I started on the 50 Jerks and ended on the Row.

Started with 30 unbroken on the Jerks out of the gate and rowed slow AF at the end.

I got done with the lunges in 2:30 then the step ups took me 7 minutes. They were pretty much 3/4 squats. I couldn’t get any HSPU I was gassed!

OPEN 19.4
For total time:
3 rounds of:
10 snatches
12 bar-facing burpees
Rest 3 minutes
Then, 3 rounds of:
10 bar muscle-ups
12 bar-facing burpees

M 95 lb.
W 65 lb.

Time cap: 12 minutes

I'm excited for 19.4. Another one I can Rx a significant amount of if I just grind it out. 95 is gonna be heavy for that many reps, especially with burpees, but still.

I'm on pace to improve my overall placement by 30k from last year, so any opportunities to Rx I will take.

I can't do a muscle up. If I scale one thing, I scale all. Those snatches will be easy as hell, and I'm going to love stepping over that bar.

Old burpee standard for Rx is back.

The only requirement is a simultaneous 2 foot takeoff, but a simultaneous 2 foot landing is not required. Stepping down and stepping back up is allowed.
