I blew through the lunges. Was done in 3:30. That was dumb. My quads were toast. The first two step ups scared me so bad I quit. As I sat there in my I just gave up depression, I started feeling better. Got back up and did 18 more.

After it was over I went over to try the 5" handstand deals. I did 25 before I thought my face was going to explode. It's a shame I could never make it to those.

I'm still getting over a cold, so if the Monday workout isn't one I like, I may try this again with my goal to get to the push ups.

I had to rest during the lunges a few times. I think I finished them at around 5 minutes. My shoulders were toast by the end.

This is 80% a quad workout until the HSPUs.

I just couldn’t stabilize my left arm on the lunges.

Finished box step ups in 6:38 Rx. Tried to do HSPUs and couldn't get one. Tried to do 5" assist and still couldn't get one. Just kept trying while the clock rolled. Extremely frustrating.

I’m going again on Monday with a better plan for the lunges.

We had one of our female Rx athletes finish the step-ups at 3:27. I was still on lunges at 3:27.

I like that 50/40/30/20/10 rep scheme. One of my go to workouts is row cals/echo bike cals/ double unders with the same rep scheme. 30 minute +/- workout

19.2 - 169 reps total (got 4 at 185).

19.3 - finished lunge and step-ups and got 26 HSPU.

CORRECTION: I had about 1:45 left to do HSPU

I didn’t a set of 10-5-5-5 and then 1 as time was expiring

Did it in my buddies garage\driveway so we had to do the lunges in 20’ sections

Gave Rx a shot today but only made 130’ in the time cap. Have a torn labrum in left shoulder but my right is actually weaker. I think I may have done 30’ on right and my left was gassed. Will do the scaled tomorrow and I expect to finish box step ups around 7 minute mark. That’s where it ends. Even with 2 abmats I’m not getting a strict or kipping HSPU

Workout of the Day

10 Rounds: Alternate Rounds with Partner

5 Chest to Bar
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20 inches)
5 Power Snatches (115/85)

I did jumping c2b, burpee box step overs, and 85lb snatches. Partner Rx'd. We got 11:22

on a 2:00 clock

run 200m
max db clean and jerk (50# dbells)

Rest 2:00 between rounds

i kept it at 12 reps each round except one and I got 11 that round

Redo of 19.3 at lunch: 101 Rx

Got to HSPUs at 8:30ish but was gassed and could only get 11.

I’ll go back at 6 for the class workout that Hulk just finished but I’ll go Rx.
