How do you split up the "doses"?
Thanks!
I don't split them up I take it at the start of everyday.

You can mix with anything, but loses some of it efficacy when mixed with coffee. I just mix mine in an electrolyte like Gatorade Zero packets.
I also take a second serving after lifting and mix with water. Also, if you mix with grape juice or eat some grapes, a banana, etc then you can elevate your insulin levels and amplify your results.
Not for everyone but I find it easy to just take a tablespoon full of creatine and then quickly wash it down with a glass of water. Very quick and no mixing necessary.

Mixing in it water is the same thing anways since it never dissolves. I used to dry scoop in the 90's when I was a teenager. That was back when you loaded and then cycled creatine like it was a steroid. The good Ole days.

Yeah I put 5-7 grams in a cup and pour only like an ounce of water, swish it around and drink it. Goes down super easy.
