Killed the game. It's over. That transformation is absolutely nuts.

I'd post pics but I just started my first post grad job. The stress induced drinking is killing my lower stomach.

Keep it up everyone!

Been lifting for a few years, always been up and down on my weight. Typically when I stop lifting my weight drops quick. Ectomorph for sure. I'm happy with my progress in the last few months though. I was also born with Pectus Excavatum so my chest has always been hard to train, but I'm starting to feel comfortable with it.

Thanks! I'm trying to put on another 10lbs. That'll put me at 165. I know, I need to flex more lol.

Yea no excuses on the H&F board.

I have three boys....6,4,1.5 so yea we got it, we just push through it. Can't remember the last time I sat and watched tv on the couch.

And HU_Flung didn't realize you were going back to school. I finished up in 2014 in civil after going back. I had two kids too and worked full time. It sucked but it's 100% worth it when done.

Man, you got a great looking chest for someone with pectus. I have it too but my dent starts closer to my collarbone so it is hard to build my pecs up enough so that they come together in the middle, if that makes any sense. However, I am a mesomorph which seems to be pretty rare for people with pectus.

Exactly what I'm doing. It's my second undergrad. First one was a shite hybrid degree but I'm almost done with Civil. I say almost but it's still 2 years but it's not full time cause of full time job.

Looking into going for civil as well.

I stopped going a few years ago, and went back last semester to start gettin prerequisites for PT school. But I think civil would make more sense for me
