I don't have any full body pics nor any before pics. I've been around 180-205 these last 12 years. Currently 195 but trying to drop 8-10 lbs of body fat.
Last few...

Appreciate it man
That is over about a 7 year period of course.
I lost probably 85lbs or so in the first year or 2 and have been fine tuning everything since. Learning my body, how it reacts to certain things. Different diet styles/plans, different workout programs, all the fun stuff

Jesus Christ, congrats on that change. You look like a totally different person.
You should probably just shave that head already, you're ripped AF, and tan, you should be able to pull that off pretty well.

First, Thank you to all of you for the compliments. It has been a fun journey for me. I have read numerous books (beyond bigger, leaner, stronger/ burn the fat, feed the muscle, and other running books)
I am a IIFYM person, but I don't do it like most that you talk too.
My biggest thing is that I use whole unprocessed/ minimally processed foods. I get my nutrients from lean meats, eggs, fruits, veggies, oats, rice, stuff like that. With a high percentage of plant based foods.
I change throughout the year depending on goals but typically I have a IF structure to how I eat every day with a focus on nutrient timing and the IIFYM base. I have used carb cycles for short periods in the past and still incorporate them from time to time in short durations.
I run a high carb/ low fat base with high protein. I actually have done some diet plans for other people as well who have had great results. One of the things for me was how much I enjoyed playing with the science to see how I reacted so it is fun to do that and see how other people change and react on it as well to see if it is different.
I lift weights 5 days a week focusing on heavy compound movements. Typically run around 3 days a week (right now, this isn't always the case year round), abs 2-3 days a week.
I know this probably sounds pretty jumbled, if you want to know about something specific I do, you can ask. If interested in trying a diet plan or something post your email for me and I am more than willing to try to help.
I think fitness is a never ending journey and I think health goes right with it. Eating to "look good" and eating to be healthy don't always line up for everyone, I try to make them the same thing as best as I can.
ETA: and yes, for me its a lifestyle. Consistency is key. I use myfitnesspal and track everything consistently.

thib very nice work! I started at 300lbs and am around 200. Was at 175 at one point but my fat is still concentrated in my abdominal area. I'd be interested to see your diet plan. Shoot me an email dozrya@gmail.com.

First time I had it in months. This week was extremely clean until then.
Headed to the gym for leg day right after I send this.
