yea but that was all water. This is actual fat. You will look worse for like 2 days in mirror and the fat becomes soft and wrinkled and you just look like shite, then all of the sudden you wake up like 5 lbs down and look amazing and the weird looking fat is gone.

Yeah, I've had that happen before on another diet

Diet drinks are a godsend on this diet...

So essentially this is chicken and green vegetables only for a couple of weeks? I scanned the book and that's what I got out of it.

Yes, but with a few bonuses
Posted on 6/7/17 at 2:21 pm to Hu_Flung_Pu
I mean it's not ideal, but if you can drop 8-12 lbs of fat in 2 weeks it sounds worth it.

Better be or I'm going to be one angry MF'er.

Its worth it. and yea on average if you are on a normal diet then switch you will have about a 10-15lbs loss over the course of 2 weeks or so with about half of that being actual fat. the rest is in the form of water that is pulled out of glycogen stores.

Yeah it better be worth it. Somebody ( the devil) brought gooey butter brownies today. I went and grabbed my chicken and green beans and went to the corner and cried (lost some water weight so that's okay).

Nice. Keep updating. Real interested in trying just for a couple of weeks. Ill read the book but like the guy posted up there, just chicken and green vegetables for lunch and dinner and nothing else?

If you wanna keep it that simple you can but it's mainly lean meat and fibrous vegetables

quote:me too. My life is hectic right now with fixing up the house to sell and relocating to Houston, but once I get settled over there, I'm going to try this RFL.

Yeah, on monday.
I most likely need to be in Category 1. I'm going to run my Category 2 until next week though.
For those of who don't know what that is.
Cat 1 : 2 grams of protein per LBM (lifting) (<15% BF)
Cat 2 : 1.25 grams of protein per LBM (lifting) (16% - ~25%)
