That's impressive. Can't remember how much I dropped the first time I did it for 9-10 days, but I don't think it was that much.


Ran it for only 5 days last week and lost ~4 pounds. Gained 2.2 back. I definitely need to run it longer

Realistically, I believe I'm a lower bf% than I think I am but hold a ton of water.

Ive been on a caloric deficit diet for a few months now, mainly doing IIFYM. Think I'm going to try the RFL for 2 weeks and see how I do.

Day 5 of RFL 198 to 200.8

Probably due to some inflammation and water retention from heavy electrolyte intake with water after a workout.

And I took a monster shite when I got to work so I probably lost some weight there so that's okay.

Just had an illegal size izzos chicken burrito with brown rice, refried beans, mushrooms and onions for refeed.

I'm going to shite myself I know it. I plan on doing a heavy and intense workout later then lift weights.

Day 6 200.8 to 202.

After refeed day so expected. I also didn't get a chance to workout in refeed day so working out this morning.

I did a refeed last night and gonna have a little fat this morning in bacon and eggs. Prolly fast most of the day outside of the drinks.

Might have a drink or two also and will be back on the wagon in the morning.

Na gonna eat the eggs and bacon with family and fast the rest of the day until later tonight. I'll keep it under 2k cals. It's my last diet break for 4 weeks so gonna enjoy it.

We are at crawfish town last night and it was awesome, well bread pudding was, the ice cream sucked. The blackened l redfish was also awesome.

I have to find a strong branch when I do things like ring muscle ups or shoulder stands. Can't do them with the pullup bar above my head. Makes me nervous.

May need a support group thread for RFL. Only just done with day 2 and I feel zapped of all energy. Figured it would be a little easier as I've done caloric deficit before...but I guess not to the extreme of basically killing two macros.
