My setup is pretty ideal for what I do. About 200 square feet with foam floor in the garage. Heavy bag, C2 rower, and bow flex turn dial dumbbells. Got me a bench from academy about 4 years ago and it’s decent enough. EZ bar with 4 10s, 2 25s, and 4 5s. Only thing I would like to add is a squat rack and big bar with some plates but can’t make the space work bc I do a lot of HIIT and need a decent amount of room to move that would be gone if I put a cage or rack in there. Did legs yesterday in there and just used my dumbbells to do some front squats and it worked good enough. I’m not pushing around stupid heavy weight anymore anyway so for the time being it’s pretty good.

I already have a TRX. Seems like overkill for me to get rings as well. Sure, I can’t do ring pull ups but I’ll live.

2 weight benches, one strictly for bench and seated upright presses and the other for the same, plus preacher curls and leg extensions and curls.

Over 1000 lbs. in Olympic weights, 3 curl bars, 2 Olympic bars, dumbbell rack with fixed weight coated dumbbells, elliptical machine, cable apparatus that acts as a squat rack and capable of doing several different cable exercises like curls, tricep extensions, seated rows, etc.

A 100 lb. heavy bag and 2 speed bags, medium and small with the small being the faster of the two.

I measured out an outside "closet" that could work. It's 70" x 125" with 8 ft ceilings.

I have two of my main pieces which are sorinex. My elitefts R3 rack cost as much as the sorinex xl, but I got it used. Love my sorinex. I like rogue and elite also.

Sorinex is probably the best quality but Rogue is just so damn fun. So many accessories.

Heads up Rogue said last night they will stop producing equipment during all this craziness

Most their shite is running out of stock and they will be focusing on producing medical equipment and supplies

I’m going with the Rogue RM-4. Wanted the RM-6 but just a bit too big. Will get a matador for dips and pull-ups. Eventually get the landmine attachment when it’s not on backorder. Same goes for the Rogue Trapbar.

Also getting the freedom bar but that too is on backorder. Have a baby due in July so as long as it’s up and running by then I can get along with just bodyweight in the meantime.
