I've said this before on here, but ECA is the only legit OTC fat burner. The other stuff is caffeine and various stuff that doesn't really do much.

ECA isn't instant death like people said when it got banned as a supplement, but people did die from using it incorrectly. If you choose to do it, be smart about how you do it.

I'm not sure what you're asking.
If you're asking whether you should start slow and ramp up, yes. Absolutely start with one dose or two half doses a day and work up to max 3 doses would be my recommendation.

It will increase your heart rate and body temp.
I would start away from workouts until you get comfortable with how it affects you.
I never did cardio within 3-4 hours of a dose. I'd recommend that, as well as just being aware that the combo of ECA and cardio will push your heart rate and body temp higher than either one solo.
Beyond that, I ran 5k's and played basketball while using ECA. You just have to be aware and not push it if you start feeling bad.

I’ve known people to get very addicted to ephedrine so I would be careful with it. Tim Ferriss is one and talked about it on his podcast

I’m close friends with the owner. I was actually one of the original guinea pigs when he was working on the formula in 2014. It’s def legit. Doesn’t give you jitters or speed up your heart rate. The thermogenic will make you sweat your balls off. There is no ephedra in it. I love this fat burner and it’s worth every penny.

Its a caffeine pill dude. You can buy the same amount of caffeine pills for like $5 or you can pay $50 for this shite to do the same thing
