Have you tried it? No? Great review then.

I don't need to, I read the ingredients list.

Congrats to your friend for making money off a bunch of suckers, but let's not act like it's something its not.

But have you tried it? You can read ingredients all day but it doesn’t mean you know wth you’re talking about. I can read books on becoming a doctor, but I couldn’t perform surgery. Don’t knock it until you try it.

There's no point, there's study upon study telling me what it does.

This is a terrible analogy.

Not knocking the product, I just got a chuckle out of all the adjectives used on the right side

Protein powder is also bullshite...not needed at all. Consume your protein through dietary means. Chicken, beef, et al

Eh, I disagree. I agree so far as to say whole foods are preferable.

When you're trying to eat a substantial amount of protein for muscle growth, it just gets difficult to get it all through whole foods.

I'm 200 lb and try to get about 200g of protein per day. It's much easier when 40-50g of that comes through a shake. I don't have to make time for 5-6 whole food meals and just chug a postworkout protein powder shake.

You can still hit your micronutrient requirements with protein powder. It works as a supplement to whole foods.

Yes but protein powder will actually increase your protein. All those test boosters , fat burners, etc don’t do a damn thing. That’s especially true for the test boosters.

Protein works

It’s not supposed to be your primary source but it’s they to help meet your macros

If you are not in at least a slight caloric deficit using fat burner is pointless

They work when your in that fat loss diet

I user Bare burn

But if you are relying on a fat burner then you are doing it all wrong
