I have been trying drip drop. I spend a lot of time outside and sweat my arse off like everyone else out there all day in this heat. I like it but would be game for something new. Myhy?

I saw an article that said skim milk was the most hydrating drink. More than water or sports drinks or anything. No lie.

It was on the internet, so it's got to be true.

I've had these before as well. Also like the taste. The passionfruit flavor is good.

Staying well hydrated is your best bet.

I’ve had lots of conversations with patients who state that they drink a lot of fluids during the day, and every time we review their exact intake along with their activities, it’s never enough fluid.

Also keep in mind that if you’re not hydrating well on a daily basis, then you’re starting and ending your day, every day, dehydrated to some degree. It’s said that 75% of Americans live in a chronic state of dehydration. Not severely, but enough to affect our performance without us realizing it our ever thinking that out hydration status was an issue.

Drink water/fluids when you get up and sip all day, and yes, urinate all day.

I'm in FCDC, and its been hot as hell lately. We started using the MyHy, and we've found it works so much better than plain water or Gatorade. I don't know if its a placebo effect, but I feel way less shitty after marching 6 hours in the hot arse sun than I did before the MyHy.

We've been using it on our job sites at work too.

.5-1 oz of water per pound.

It’s not cool or sexy but it’s the truth.
