I do but feel like I’m in the minority on this. I’ve closed the IronMind #3.5 and GHP Level 8 grippers and was coached by one of the biggest names in grip.

I've been seriously targeting my grip/forearms since January. Before that they just got hit when doing deadlifts, pullups, rows, etc. Finally getting a lil forearm bicep. I can hang from the bar for 2.5 minutes now, was at about 1.5 before. Single arm I can go for about 1. Held a 20 second single arm flexed hang last week.

I know it's not impressive but I'm pumped because it's an improvement for me.

I've started adding in farmer's carries twice a week, partially for grip training and to alleviate arm pump while riding mountain bikes. Currently up to 85lbs in each hand for 50 yards or so. Set of 3. Trying to work my way up to carrying my body weight (195 lbs).

Bought some Alpha-Z extensor trainers a while back. Gives me something to do when sitting at a desk. Helps with the golfer’s elbow.
