Lately I’ve been bloated as all get out and wondering if I need to change my diet or start taking some sort of probiotic. I workout a lot, I’m not overweight, and I don’t eat a lot of dairy or beans, but it feels like I just got off a flight any time I eat something, just totally gassed up, out the top and the bottom.

Any advice? The at-home gut tests seem to be like $500. Don’t wanna blow that if it’s a waste of money. Anyone had success with one? TIA!

Take you some stuff to make you poop and it blow you all out. Like make sure you got time that day and don’t go far from the toilet.

But after it wears off, you will be right as rain

Don't waste money on a gut test. Eat yogurt with probiotics for a desert every day and it will get you gut balanced out.

I take the Good Belly drink, Blueberry Pomegranate. Wal Mart has it in the cooler section by the orange juice. Taste really good and gets me balanced out.

You could do that too. I drink 8oz when I est my breakfast. They have other flavors, but I like the blueberry one best.

Are you eating a lot of vegetables and whole grains? Those are good for you but will cause a lot of gas.

I eat Dannon yogurt but any yogurt with probiotics should work; just read the labels.

I don’t like pills & I’m weird about gummy flavors
I found a cherry gummy probiotic at CVS that’s pretty good
