Dude, why not just eat some green vegetables? Broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, artichoke, collards, cabbage, and so so much more that tastes so good. Also just chop up some bacon and cook in the pan before hand and use the bacon grease to cook the vegetables in and then just add the bacon in at the end.
Cauliflower is pretty good to make a pizza crust that has minimum carbs but other than something like that, just eat vegetables with much more flavor, or just cook some cauliflower.

This. I only buy the frozen riced cauliflower now, because the last time I bought fresh and didn't use the whole bag, my fridge smelled like rotten meat for days.

CauliPower pizza crust is legit. Trader Joe's has a cauliflower stir fry that's also good. The peas and corn are a little excessive and I add chicken or salmon to mine but it's definitely not difficult.

I just don't feel full when I eat healthy... But obviously losing weight equals risking the fact of not feeling completely full of some sort of grease. aka BEEF.

Probably because none of those are a rice substitute like cauliflower rice.

Turns me into a fart factory.

Slightly on topic, I really like to make a roasted cauliflower soup.
If you're doing keto it's really easy to load up the fat profile using cream or different cheeses.
If you're not doing keto just cut back on those items
ETA: If you're into soups, it would be pretty reasonable to assume that you could make a loaded baked potato soup substitution here as well since people do use it as a mashed potato substitute

If I want cauliflower I’ll eat cauliflower.
If I want rice, I want to eat rice.
I’m not eating gumbo or stew with cauliflower. frick all that nonsense!

quote:Yeah they are actually better than rice. The current science shows that keto is superior than the main stream antiquated approach to 'healthy foods'. Why would you want a rice or rice substitute side when you are having a thick ribeye, pan seared Brussels sprouts and baked broccoli?

Or a slab of ribs, 12 chicken wings, or insert any other fat meat combined with some green nutrient packed vegetables and why da fook would you need rice or a califlower rice sub?

You can have both.

Because not everyone wants to eat the same meal everyday. That's mainly what I eat, but sometimes I want a roast with gravy and I'll sub caulirice for the rice. It's not that hard. If youre just going to bring idiocy into the thread just don't post anything.

Why? Rice isn't exactly a wonderful stand alone food to begin with.
