I bought some riced cauliflower for the first time today. I’m going to give it a try tomorrow.

Has anybody else had any experience with this? Does the flavor actually compare pretty closely to regular rice? It’s supposed to have like 80% less carbohydrates.

Not bad as pizza crust, mashed potato sub, and topping for salads

Great sub for mashed potatoes. Don’t know about rice.

We eat the riced cauliflower all the time, but it doesn’t taste anything like rice, in my opinion.

I like it much more than I thought I would and goes great with many things, and I'm an eater too, not some skinny-legged manbun girlboy.

I love it as a rice substitute with red beans.

Add onions or green onions with seasoning and it’s pretty good.

As a diabetic living in South Louisiana, where rice is a pretty important staple, I think I may need to give this a shot.

Green Giant Smashed auliflower isn’t bad. We use it to make Shrimp and “Grits”.

Don’t try it on a first date unless she likes howitzers shots across the bow

Eat it all within the first few days. Lord help you if that stuff stays in your fridge for an extended period.

Works great in gumbo.

Slightly crunchier though
