If so, which do you recommend?

I don’t have any specific goals other than just maintaining. I do think watching portions would help me a bit though. My neighbors use HelloFresh and always talk about how much they like it. Any info appreciated. Thanks in advance

I’ve used a couple.

HelloFresh is a good one and is a value to me overall. I did get tired of quinoa after awhile lol!

I tried a few. Hello Fresh had some good recipes. If you would prefer something premade, Factor has some pretty good meals too. All of these services are just way overpriced.

I used Metabolic Meals for a few years and their stuff was fantastic. You are gonna spend in this scenario, but it helps when you are extra busy or going through a tough time.

Appreciate the replies. Mrs jkyle says she has a coworker that does EveryPlate and really likes it. I put a plan together for 4 of us for 4 dinners a week and it comes out to about 103$ a week after the promo price ends. Might check that one out. All the others are closer to 200$ a week for a similar plan.

Factor by a mile. Prepackaged and just toss in the microwave for 5:30.

I order 18 meals every 2-3 weeks at $150-170 depending on my savings that week.

I use modifyhealth.com. Exclusively Mediterranean diet. Lots of variety. 50% ridiculously good. 30% average. 20% inedible. The entire menu is available every week for you to choose from. You can also change the number of meals from week to week. I have it now, through trial and error, so that everything I get every week is fantastic.

HelloFresh

My favorite part of hello fresh is that they can portion out one meal. No leftovers to graze on the next day. Just cook and done.

Just grill steaks every night. It’s probably cheaper.

Did IconMeals when I first started back training mainly for time savings and convenience. Now I just cook steaks, beef, eggs, bacon, etc.

With discount codes some of these delivery services can be very cheap on a per meal basis.

Used factor this week for lunches. It’s pretty good but a bit expensive.

We did hello fresh a lot for dinners last year. Isn’t enough protein for the price.

Trifecta did not taste great. I tried for a couple weeks then figured it wasnt worth the cost.

I’ve tried a couple of these services, including Hello Fresh, and I came to the same conclusion.

Factor is really good for ready to eat. It's expensive but not compared to eating out. I do them for lunches a lot and cook remaining meals.

$103 per eeek for two people? For four dinners?? I can totally afford it but that is definitely paying a price for convenience. I don’t mind shopping or cooking though.

nutrisystem kind of sucked but it works and very easy to follow and you dont really cook anything.

They usually run all sorts of deals. like half off.
