280 in the books about to go for 285.

260 was my 1RM but I had never actually done that much. Very pumped right now.

285 done. Tried for 290 but didn’t have it.

I'm going to do a back/biceps day with some cardio.

I ended up doing some extra leg work today after squats. Hack squats, V squats, leg extensions and hamstring curls.

My legs are currently trash at work and I need a nap. CNS definitely taxed!

Same. I’m smoking these legs today. I probably won’t hit them again until early next week.

I took an extra caffeine pill for the PR and now I don’t want to leave the gym.

From 315 at the beginning to 335 today. Thinking about trying 345 but not sure I got it in me. Currently staring at it. Felt a little tight after 335 so might be smart and call it.

ETA: I called it. Hammy was feeling tight. Had a hamstring injury in June that set me back a month. Made awesome gains this month. Satisfied with a healthy 335 rather than chasing 10 lbs.

Hit 415 this morning which is up from 405 at the start. Has one set left at 430, but I knew I was making that.

well its called brovember for a reason. Bro is out...i suggest arm farm. then use December to maintain the squat and upper body gains while focusing on the deadlift. then starting january, start the slow cut.

Hell of a month. Last October I maxed at 405. I was using a 95% TM this month at 385.

Finished the month with a new PR it 430!

PR party done hit 315!! My TM was 295 but never attempted it. Felt good today did 10 reps of 135 after just to get some reps in and it felt like the bar was empty.

Looking back to Grasshopper in Feb, my TM I used was 235.

I’m thinking about finishing the year out with BF2, running it every other day.

Tell me about it. I'll be 48 in two weeks. It's the 5 straight days that are hard for me. I prefer to hit 3 days and then 1 day break.

This was my 2nd Squatober and I plan on running them as long as I can.

Just attended the PR party. Walked in with a 185kg/407lb PR and now it is 200kg/440lbs!

Ready to get weightlifting centric again and go for a 140kg/308lbs clean and jerk.
